SAEE has two Multi-purpose rooms which can be requested by students, staff, and groups to use for workshops, classes, meetings, and events.
- Individuals or groups wishing to reserve the space must submit the webform request at least two weeks prior to event. No phone call or email request will be granted.
- The standard arrangement is pictured. The room must be returned to this setup after all usage. Organizers of meeting/event will be responsible for handling their own room setup and arranging the room to fit their needs.
- The full-time professional staff member requesting use of room or responsible for the student group assumes all responsibility for damage to property and for leaving the space in the condition in which it was found, including the arrangement of furniture and the cleanup of trash.
- Activities which could damage the equipment, furniture or walls are strictly prohibited (No dance practice, parties, etc.)
Food and drink are strictly prohibited unless approved in writing from Ms. Lundon Wilson, Academic Coordinator for Student Access and Educational Equity.
